We offer a 2 hour booking window and will send you a text message with an estimated time of arrival when we are on the way. You can even see in real time where we are while in transit from your mobile phone, a perfectly efficient solution.
One of our highly trained and experienced staff will attend the appointment and accurately diagnose the fault with your system usually in as little as 30 minutes.
But don't worry if the problem is a complicated one and we require additional time we will let you know and seek approval for any further diagnostic time.
Our technicians have online parts access for all the major manufacturers and can quickly see if parts are available for your system.
If additional parts are required we will send you a quotation for the repair usually same day or within 24 hours.
